MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2025 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Civic Center at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Carnes Council Member Tharp Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Chrstopher Price, City Attorney Jill Hassman, Senior Assistant City Attorney Christina Lovelace, City Clerk Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Executive Sessions a Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning an Incentive Request from a Proposed Business b Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning Regulations Applicable to City Owned Property. Mayor Piko moved to enter into an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning an Incentive Request from a Proposed Business and a second executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning Regulations Applicable to City Owned Property. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Special Meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
