MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Special Meeting 6:00 PM Tuesday, June 3, 2025 A Regular Meeting of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: Council Member Carnes, Excused Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney Christina Lovelace, City Clerk Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Annexation along East Broncos Parkway and South Potomac Street.; 6:06 PM 4 Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning a Development Agreement and Incentive Agreement with The Jones District, L.L.C.; 6:06 PM Council Member Sutherland moved to enter into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6- 402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Annexation along East Broncos Parkway and South Potomac Street and a second Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice, Devise Negotiation Strategy, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning a Development Agreement and Incentive Agreement with The Jones District, L.L.C.
