MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Moon Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Those absent were: None Also present were: Mike Connor, Assistant City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Director of Planning and Development Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Planning and Development Susie Ellis, Code Enforcement Manager Andy Firestine, Senior Planner Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Richard Lewis, Public Works Program Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Right-of-Way Obstructions - Briefing/Discussion; 6:02 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Planning and Development made a brief opening comment. Susie Ellis, Code Enforcement Manager, made the presentation. D. Medical Marijuana Ordinance Status; 6:27 PM Bob Widner, City Attorney, presented. Council Members discussed and concurred to extend the current moratorium regarding Medical Marijuana. Chief Bruce Williamson, Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department, answered questions from Council. E.
