MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:04 PM Monday, June 14, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. B. Executive Session Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(f) Concerning a Personnel Matter for Which the Employee Who is the Subject of the Session has Consented to the Conduct of the Discussion in Executive Session Council Member Anderson moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6- 402(4)(f) concerning a personnel matter for which the employee who is the subject of the session has consented to the conduct of the discussion in Executive Session. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion.
