MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:02 PM Monday, October 13, 2010 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:02 by Mayor Noon. B. Joint Meeting with Centennial Election Commission Regarding 2010/2011 Redistricting; 6:04 PM Brenda Madison, City Clerk and Chairperson of the Election Commission, made introductions. Derek Stertz, GIS Technician, discussed the data methods used. Members of the Election Commission participated in the presentation. D. Elections Ordinance - Council Policy Dialogue; 6:53 PM Brenda Madison, City Clerk, made a brief introduction. Maureen Juran and Kathie Guckenberger, Assistant City Attorneys, answered questions from Council. Members of the Election Commission participated in the discussion. The meeting was recessed at 8:41 PM and reconvened at 9:00 PM. E. Fence Damage Claims Process - Council Policy Dialogue; 9:04 PM Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, presented. Marie White, Director of Human Resources, and Richard Lewis, Public Works Program Manager, answered questions from Council. F.
