MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, February 07, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 7:18 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: Council Member Dindinger, excused Council Member McClellan, excused Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Craig Faessler, Transportation and Traffic Engineer Sherry Patten, Community and Government Affairs Manager Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Xcel Energy - Introduction of Tom Henley as Ashburn Replacement; 7:19 PM. Tom Ashburn introduced Tom Henley as his replacement at Xcel Energy. Neighborhood Perimeter Beautification - Council Policy Dialogue; 8:12 PM. Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, introduced the Neighborhood Perimeter Beautification Council Policy Dialogue. G. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 8:53 PM.
