MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 11, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Pro Tem Moon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Pro Tem Moon, presiding Mayor Noon, via telephone Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Rita McConnell, Deputy Director of Community Development Jeff Brasel, Principal Planner Andy Firestine, Senior Planner James Clanton, Management Analyst Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Medical Marijuana - Proposed Primary Caregiver Regulatory Framework; 6:05 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, presented. Deferred Code Item - NC Multi-family Zone District; 6:59 PM Jeff Brasel, Principal Planner, presented. Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, answered questions from Council. The meeting was recessed at 7:28 PM for the Regular Meeting. The Study Session reconvened at 8:04 PM. E. EECBG Lighting Code Project - Update; 8:04 PM Andy Firestine, Senior Planner, presented. David Keith, Marshall Design Inc., lighting consultant, made a brief presentation. The meeting was recessed to the parking lot where Mr. Firestine and Mr. Keith demonstrated levels of lighting to Council Members. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
