MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 06, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner, via telephone Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Anderson Council Member Miller Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Those absent were: None Also present were: Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works Craig Faessler, Transportation and Traffic Engineer Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Edward Stafford, City Engineer Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Jeff Cadiz, Sales and Use Tax Administrator Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk X/City Council Minutes/2011 Council Minutes/2011-06-06 Study Session Minutes.doc Minutes – Study Session June 06, 2011 Page 2 C. Clarification of Administrative Items through Amendments to Centennial Municipal Code Section 4, Revenue and Finance and Section 6, Business Licenses and Regulations; 6:03 P.M. Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney, and Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager, presented; D. Capital Bond Program; 6:17 P.M. Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made a brief introduction. Allison Wittern, Public Information and Public Events Manager, introduced David Benzion, Senior Research Analyst, Hill Research Consultants, who presented the citizen survey. The meeting was recessed at 7:18 P.M. for the Regular Meeting. The meeting was reconvened at 10:25 P.M. Edward Stafford, City Engineer, continued the presentation. E. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
