MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 06, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. B. Clarification of Administrative Items through Amendments to Centennial Municipal Code Section 4, Revenue and Finance and Section 6, Business Licenses and Regulations; 6:03 P.M. Maureen Juran, Assistant City Attorney, and Karen Stickland, Revenue Manager, presented; D. Capital Bond Program; 6:17 P.M. Jacque Wedding-Scott, City Manager, made a brief introduction. Allison Wittern, Public Information and Public Events Manager, introduced David Benzion, Senior Research Analyst, Hill Research Consultants, who presented the citizen survey. The meeting was recessed at 7:18 P.M. for the Regular Meeting. The meeting was reconvened at 10:25 P.M. Edward Stafford, City Engineer, continued the presentation. E. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
