MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, October 03, 2011 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. B. Continuation of Code of Ethics - Council Policy Dialogue; 8:55 PM Bob Widner, City Attorney, presented. E. 2011 CDBG Projects - Update; 8:47 PM James Clanton, Senior Management Analyst, presented. Mike Connor, Deputy Director of Public Works, answered questions from Council. F. Executive Session; 9:19 PM a. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4) (b) and (e) to Receive Legal Advice and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Annexations b. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) to Discuss a Personnel Matter Pertaining to a City Employee. Council Member Moon moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4) (b) and (e) to receive legal advice and instruct negotiators concerning potential annexations and pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) to discuss a personnel matter pertaining to a city employee. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Dindinger, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Anderson, Council Member Miller, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Moon voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. Upon returning from the Executive Session, council members agreed that only the announced topics were discussed. G. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Regular Meeting was adjourned at 10:40 PM.
