MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 04, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager/Director of Support Services Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Manager Don Wright, Support Services Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. C-470 Coalition Update; 6:01 PM Dave Zelenok, Director of Public Works, made a brief introduction. Art Griffith with Douglas County, and Larry Warner and Jim Brady, representing Wilson and Company, presented. D. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Dindinger, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. E. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
