MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, July 09, 2012 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Those absent were: Council Member Bosier, excused Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager/Director of Support Services Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development Mike Pesicka, Senior Planner Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Proposed Oil and Gas Moratorium - Council Policy; 6:03 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, and Mike Pesicka, Senior Planner, presented. D. Reports; 6:40 PM Wayne Reed, Director of Community Development, presented a video showing percentage of lot coverage for specific addresses within Centennial. He advised Council that the Planning and Zoning Commission supported twenty percent maximum coverage per lot in certain zone districts.
