MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, January 07, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Mayor Noon Those absent were: Council Member Weidmann, excused Council Member Moon, excused Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Assistant to the City Manager/Director of Administrative Services Eric Eddy, Management Analyst Kelly Ohaver, Executive Assistant Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Community Development Block Grants - Briefing/Discussion; 6:06 PM Eric Eddy, Management Analyst, and Lori Baker, representing Arapahoe County, presented. Linda Haley, Arapahoe County, answered questions from Council. D. Reports; 6:30 PM Council, Staff and Mayor reports were moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda. a.
