MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, May 06, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:03 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Mayor Noon Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Pat Brown, Revenue Manager Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Streets at SouthGlenn Update; 6:05 PM David Goldberg, representing the Streets of SouthGlenn, presented. D. Metro Mortgage Assistance Plus Program Overview; 6:25 PM Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager, and Mayor Noon presented. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Discuss Negotiation Strategy, Instruct Negotiators, and Receive Legal Advice Concerning a Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement with a Neighboring Municipality for the Issuance of Land Use Approvals and Development Permits Council Member Piko moved to go into Executive Session C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to Discuss Negotiation Strategy, Instruct Negotiators, and Receive Legal Advice Concerning a Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement with a Neighboring Municipality for the Issuance of Land Use Approvals and Development Permits. Council Member Bosier seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Dindinger, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Bosier, Council Member McClellan, Council Member Weidmann, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed. Upon return, Mayor Noon stated that only the announced topic had been discussed in the Executive Session. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
