MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, May 20, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Council Member Gardner, arrived at 6:15 PM Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Mayor Noon Those absent were: Council Member Dindinger Council Member Moon Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Event Manager Jonah Schneider, Administrative Analyst Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. 2013 Special Events Update; 6:07 PM Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager, Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager, and Jonah Schneider, Administrative Analyst, presented. Other Matters; 6:44 PM Council Member Weidmann requested Council send a letter of support for the Colorado Clean Water Coalition. Consensus was to send a letter of support. F. Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
