A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM.
B. Roll Call
Those present were: Council Member Dindinger
Council Member Gardner
Council Member Weidmann
Council Member Moon
Council Member Piko
Council Member Lucas

Also present were: Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager

Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager, made a brief introduction. Julie Herlands of
TishlerBise, presented.
D. Proposed Regulation of Panhandling - Briefing/Discussion; 6:40 PM
Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, presented. Captain Vince Line, Arapahoe County
Sheriff’s Office, was present and answered questions from Council.

There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
