MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, November 04, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Pro Tem Piko called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Potomac Park Master Plan; 6:11 PM Heather Vidlock, Principal Planner, and Jeff Brasel, Deputy Director of Community Development, presented. Nicole Horst and Laura Culver of Wenk Associates answered questions from Council. E. Gating of Public Streets; 6:36 PM Andy Firestine, Deputy Director of Community Development, presented. The meeting was recessed at 7:06 PM for the Regular Meeting, and reconvened at 8:46 PM. F. Social Media Directives This item was moved to the Discussion Agenda on the Regular Meeting. G. Purchasing Policy; 8:46 PM Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, and Liz Dunaway, Contract Administrator, presented. H.
