MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, November 04, 2013 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Pro Tem Piko called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Council Member Dindinger Council Member Gardner Council Member Bosier Council Member McClellan Council Member Weidmann Council Member Moon Council Member Lucas Mayor Pro Tem Piko Those absent were: Mayor Noon, excused Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Kathie Guckenberger, Assistant City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Allison Wittern, Public Information and Special Events Manager Eric Eddy, Management Analyst Kersten Baldwin, Communication Specialist Heather Vidlock, Principal Planner Andy Firestine, Deputy Director of Community Development Jeff Brasel, Deputy Director of Community Development Dawn Priday, Director of Finance Liz Dunaway, Contract Administrator Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. Southgate Water and Sanitation District Update; 6:03 PM David Irish and Christina Baca Southgate Water and Sanitation District, gave an update on the water main break on Yosemite. Minutes – Study Session November 04, 2013 Page 2 D. Potomac Park Master Plan; 6:11 PM Heather Vidlock, Principal Planner, and Jeff Brasel, Deputy Director of Community Development, presented. Nicole Horst and Laura Culver of Wenk Associates answered questions from Council. E. Gating of Public Streets; 6:36 PM Andy Firestine, Deputy Director of Community Development, presented. The meeting was recessed at 7:06 PM for the Regular Meeting, and reconvened at 8:46 PM. F. Social Media Directives This item was moved to the Discussion Agenda on the Regular Meeting. G. Purchasing Policy; 8:46 PM Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, and Liz Dunaway, Contract Administrator, presented. H.
