A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM.

Corri Spiegel, Economic Development Manager, made brief introductions. Presentations were
made by: Kevin Hougen, Aurora Chamber of Commerce; Jeff Holwell, South Metro Chamber of
Commerce; Marsha McGilley, South Metro Denver SBDC and Aurora SBDC; Mike Fitzgerald
Denver South Economic Development; and Steve Klausing, TMA.

The meeting was recessed at 7:10 PM for the Regular Meeting, and reconvened at 8:08 PM.
D. Potomac Park Master Plan and Request for Interest Update; 8:08 PM
Jeff Brasel, Deputy Director of Community Development, and Heather Vidlock, Principal
Planner, presented. Nicole Horst, representing Wenk, was present.
E. Review of Administrative Directive Permitting Private Improvements to be
Located within the Public Right-of-way through a Revocable License
Agreement; 8:31 PM
Andy Firestine, Deputy Director of Community Development, presented.
Council continued the discussion regarding the Economic Development Partner Organization
updates.
F. Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 9:03 PM.
