MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, March 10, 2014 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Council Member Turley Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Director Michael Terry, Public Works CIP Engineer Travis Greiman, Engineering Manager Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Brenda Madison, City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, Deputy City Clerk C. 2014 Street Rehabilitation Program; 6:07 PM Michael Terry, Traffic Engineer, presented. D. Snow and Ice Control Expanded Services; 6:53 PM Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Director, presented the snow removal expanded services discussion. The meeting was recessed at 7:46 PM and reconvened at 8:04 PM. Minutes – Study Session March 10, 2014 Page 2 Public Comment: Public Comment was moved from the Regular Agenda; 8:04 PM. Rick Stuchell, 6721 S. Kit Carson Circle West, discussed snow and ice at the intersection of Kit Carson and Arapahoe Road. Mr. Stuchell submitted a petition to City Council from twenty members of his community. Ron McCulluy, 6761 S. Kit Carson Circle West, discussed the ice and snow at the intersection of Kit Carson and Arapahoe Road. Judy Stuchell, 6721 S. Kit Carson Circle West, discussed snow and ice at the intersection of Kit Carson and Arapahoe Road. Jim Hargis, 8093 S. Oneida Court, representing Foxridge Improvement Association, discussed accidents on E. Otero Avenue and safety concerns. Snow and Ice Control Expanded Services - continued; 8:31 PM Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Director, presented the ice control expanded services discussion. E.
