A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133
E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been
posted and a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM.

PROCLAMATION NO. 2014-P-03 A PROCLAMATION OF THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
CENTENNIAL, COLORADO PROCLAIMING JUNE 9, 2014 AS SHERIFF GRAYSON
ROBINSON APPRECIATION DAY IN THE CITY OF CENTENNIAL
Mayor Noon presented a gift and Proclamation No. 2014-P-03 to former Sheriff Grayson
Robinson. Sheriff Robinson thanked the City.

D. Audit Committee Presentation of 2013 Audit and Comprehensive Annual
Financial Report - Briefing/Discussion; 6:15 PM
Kevin Combs, Audit Committee Member, presented. Wendy Swanhorst of Swanhorst and
Associates, and Dawn Priday, Director of Finance, answered questions from Council.
E. Senior Commission Study Session on Boomer Bond and CASOA; 6:25 PM
Greg Glischinski, Senior Commission Chair, made a brief introduction. Brad Calvert, DRCOG
Regional Manager of Metro Vision, presented. Angela Engel, Commissions Coordinator,
answered questions from Council. Consensus of Council was to go forward with both projects.
F. Data Sharing with SEMSWA - Briefing/Discussion; 7:23 PM
Derek Stertz, Senior GIS Analyst, presented. Council’s consensus was to place the proposed
IGA on a future Consent Agenda.
G. Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:26 PM.
