A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Community Room at 7272 S.
Eagle Street, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and
a quorum was present.
A. Call to Order
Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.

C. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to Receive Legal Advice for
the CenturyLink Franchise Agreement
Council Member Lucas moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b)
to Receive Legal Advice for the CenturyLink Franchise Agreement. Council Member Gotto
seconded the motion.

E. Local Emergency Powers Ordinance
This item was moved to the Discussion on the Regular Meeting Agenda.
F. Adjourn
There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:18 PM.
