MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, September 08, 2014 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Craig Faessler, Public Works Program Director Barbara Setterlind, Interim City Clerk C. Youth Commission Report; 6:07 PM Julia Arness, Youth Commissioner, made a brief report. D. Senior Commission Report; 6:09 PM Angela Engel, Commissions Coordinator, made a brief report. E. Public Works Services: Outcome of Negotiations with CH2M Hill on Revisions to Snow Management Program; 6:15 PM Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager, presented.
