MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, February 02, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk C. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) to Discuss Negotiation Strategy, Obtain Information Necessary for Negotiation, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Large Scale Development, Related Access Opportunities, Potential Property Acquisition, and Ongoing Property Management Council Member Lucas moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6- 402(4)(e) to Discuss Negotiation Strategy, Obtain Information Necessary for Negotiation, and Instruct Negotiators Concerning Potential Large Scale Development, Related Access Opportunities, Potential Property Acquisition, and Ongoing Property Management. Council Member Turley seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Turley, Council Member Gardner, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas, Council Member Truhlar, Council Member Gotto, Council Member Whelan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
