MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, March 09, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. B. E. Centennial 101 Graduation; 6:13 PM Mayor Noon and Council Members presented certificates to graduates of Centennial 101. F. 2015 International Building Code Adoption - Update; 6:30 PM Tom Pitchford, Chief Building Official, presented. Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development, answered questions from Council. G. CDBG 2015 Public Infrastructure Allocation – Update; 6:57 PM Jon Whitting, Management Analyst, presented. Ron Adderley, Public Works CIP Manager, answered questions from Council. Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager, answered questions from Council. H. Right-of-Way Vegetation Control Pilot Program - Discussion; 9:03 PM Mike Nelson, Public Works Field Operations Manager, and Bill Winfield, Terracare and Associates, presented. I. Innovation Team Grant Contract – Update; 9:16 PM Dave Zelenok, Chief Innovations Officer, Daniel Hutton, Senior Management Analyst, Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications, and Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney, presented.
