MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, October 05, 2015 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:04 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Gardner Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Those absent were: None Also present were: John Danielson, City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Wayne Reed, Deputy City Manager Elisha Thomas, Assistant City Manager Kelly Ohaver, Client Experience Manager Sherri Chadwick, Director of Communications Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Andy Firestine, Director of Community Development Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk C. Centennial 101 Graduation Mayor Noon and Council Members presented certificates of graduation to attendees of Centennial 101. D. Other Matters a.
