MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, February 06, 2017 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. B. Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Noon Council Member Turley Council Member Moon Council Member Piko Council Member Lucas Council Member Truhlar Council Member Gotto Council Member Whelan Council Member Penaloza Those absent were: None Also present were: Elisha Thomas, Interim City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Andy Firestine, Assistant City Manager Eric Eddy, Assistant to the City Manager Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Jill Hassman, Assistant City Attorney Chris Price, Assistant City Attorney Travis Greiman, Director of Public Works Doug Farmen, Finance Director Sheri Chadwick, Director of Communications Neil Marciniak, Economic Development Manager Carla Coburn, Information Technology Manager Ebony Vivens, Deputy City Clerk Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk C. CH2M Contract Renegotiations Discussion; 6:04 PM Travis Greiman, Director of Public Works, presented. Consensus to move forward as presented. D. Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(B) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning the Interplay of Federal Immigration Law and Local Law Enforcement Responsibilities Minutes – Study Session February 06, 2017 Page 2 Council Member Whelan moved to go into Executive Session Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(B) to Receive Legal Advice Concerning the Interplay of Federal Immigration Law and Local Law Enforcement Responsibilities and Pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to Received Legal Advice Concerning Statutory Procedures and Requirements for Processing Referendum Petitions. Mayor Noon seconded the motion. With Mayor Noon, Council Member Moon, Council Member Piko, Council Member Lucas, Council Member Turley, Council Member Truhlar, Council Member Gotto, Council Member Whelan, Council Member Penaloza voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
