MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 12, 2017 A Study Session Joint Meeting of the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission was held on this date in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. A. Call to Order Mayor Noon called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM. B. Revision of Plant Count Limitations in Residential Marijuana Cultivation; 6:05 PM Lt. Steve Roland, Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office and Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, presented. Consensus was to move forward with an Ordinance immediately with an effective date of January 1, 2018. D. Centennial NEXT Update; 6:31 PM Jenny Holune, Senior Planner, and Megan Moore, representing Logan Simpson, presented. E.
