MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, April 15, 2019 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Penaloza Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Alston Council Member Weidmann Council Member Lucas Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Chris Price, Assistant City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Andy Firestine, Assistant City Manager Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiatives Steve Greer, Director of Community Development Patrick Fleming, Management Analyst Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Cooney, Assistant City Clerk 3 Municipal Code and City Council Policies Revisions Concerning General Improvement Districts - Discussion 6:07pm Patrick Fleming, Management Analyst, and Chris Price, Assistant City Attorney, presented.
