MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2019 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:08 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Penaloza Council Member Maurer Council Member Lucas Council Member Sutherland Council Member Alston Council Member Weidmann Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiatives Kimber Liss, Court Administrator Jennifer Madsen, Assistant City Attorney Ford Wheatley IV, Municipal Court Judge Jeff Dankenbring, Public Works Director Craig Faessler, Program Director, Public Works Jim Paral, Jacobs Traffic Engineer Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Cooney, Assistant City Clerk 3 Changes for the Centennial Municipal Court; 6:07 PM Jennifer Madsen, Assistant City Clerk, and the Municipal Judge Ford Wheatley presented.
