MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, March 2, 2020 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:20 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Jennifer Madsen, Assistant City Attorney Eric Eddy, Director of Strategic Initiatives Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Ebony Vivens, Deputy City Clerk 3 Consideration of the Adoption of the 2020 Edition of the Model Traffic Code; 6:23 PM Jennifer Madson, Assistant City Attorney, and Chief Thompson, ACSO, presented. Consensus to go forward as presented. 4 Arts Committee Update; 6:33 PM Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, presented.
