MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, June 7, 2021 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in a hybrid meeting setting both virtually and at 7272 S. Eagle St., Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Moon Council Member Turley Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Robert Widner, City Attorney Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney Jill Hassman, Senior Assistant Attorney Jennifer Madsen, Senior Assistant Attorney Elisha Thompson, Deputy City Manager Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Ryan Thompson, Neighborhood Services Manager Allison Wittern, Director of Communications Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Cooney, Deputy City Clerk 3 Short Term Rental Discussion; 6:10 PM Maureen Juran, Deputy City Attorney, Jennifer Madsen, Senior Assistant Attorney, and Ryan Thompson, Neighborhood Services Manager, presented.
