MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Monday, November 7, 2022 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Carnes Council Member Moon Council Member Sweetland Council Member Sutherland Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: Council Member Maurer Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, City Manager Robert Widner, City Attorney Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager Neil Marciniak, Community & Economic Development Director Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official Jeff Cadiz, Finance Director Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst Barbara Setterlind, City Clerk Christina Lovelace, Deputy City Clerk 3 Building Services Update; 6:02 PM Neil Marciniak, Community and Economic Development Director, and Joseph Montoya, Chief Building Official, presented. 4 Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:54 PM.
