MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 6, 2024 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:09 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Those absent were: Council Member Sheehan, excused Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Bob Widner, City Attorney Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager David King, Planner II Jenny Houlne, Interim Community Development Director Christina Lovelace, Interim City Clerk Allie Powell, Deputy City Clerk 3 Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Discussion; 6:11 PM Jenny Houlne, Interim Director of Community Development, and David King, Planner II, presented. Consensus was to move forward and present an Ordinance at a future meeting date. 4 Adjourn There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:07 PM.
