Study Session
6:00 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2024
A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at
13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting
had been posted and a quorum was present.
1 Call to Order
Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM.
2 Roll Call
Those present were: Mayor Piko
Council Member Tharp
Council Member Carnes
Council Member Sweetland
Council Member Maurer
Councilmember Sutherland
Council Member Holt
Council Member Alston
Council Member Sheehan
Those absent were: None
Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager
Chris Price, Deputy City Attorney
Christina Lovelace, Interim City Clerk
Eric Eddy, Assistant City Manager
Neil Marciniak, Economic Development Director
3 Proposed Metro Districts Discussion- Festival Commons and Vermilion Creek;

Consensus was to move forward as presented.

There being no further business to discuss, the Study Session was adjourned at 6:55
PM.
