MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 18, 2025 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Maurer Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Christopher Price, City Attorney Melanie Ward, Development Foresight and Infrastructure Readiness Manager Victoria Tran, Economic Development Specialist – Business Services Christina Lovelace, City Clerk Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Spark Centennial 2024 Final Report and 2025 Program Approach; 6:06 PM Victoria Tran, Economic Development Specialist-Business Services, Melanie Ward, Development, Foresight, and Infrastructure Readiness Manager, and Brian Corrigan, consultant from Farm to Spaceship presented. 4 Reports; 6:30 PM Moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda Minutes – Study Session 2/18/2025 6:00:00 PM Page 2 Council Members Sheehan, Holt, Sutherland, Maurer, Sweetland, Carnes, and Tharp gave reports. Council Member Alston Joined the meeting at 6:49 PM. Mayor Piko gave a brief report. 5 Adjourn There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM.
