MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Study Session 6:00 PM Tuesday, May 6, 2025 A Study Session of the City Council was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Mayor Piko called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Mayor Piko Council Member Tharp Council Member Carnes Council Member Sweetland Council Member Sutherland Council Member Holt Council Member Alston Council Member Sheehan Those absent were: Council Member Maurer, Excused Also present were: Matt Sturgeon, City Manager Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Christopher Price, City Attorney David King, Senior Planner Christina Lovelace, City Clerk Allie Esch, Deputy City Clerk 3 Midtown Centennial Update; 6:08 PM David King, Senior Planner, gave an update. Consensus was to move forward as presented. 4 Reports; 6:43 PM Moved from the Regular Meeting Agenda Council Member Sheehan joined the meeting at 6:59 PM. Council Members Tharp, Carnes, Sweetland, Sutherland, Holt, Alston, and Sheehan gave reports.
