MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Willow Creek General Improvement District 6:00 PM Monday, November 6, 2023 A Willow Creek General Improvement District was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Director Sutherland seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0. THE MOTION Passed.  Minutes – Willow Creek General Improvement District 11/6/2023 6:00:00 PM Page 2 4 Consideration of Resolutions a Public Hearings i RESOLUTION NO. 2023-WCGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2024 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY (Cadiz) Director Holt moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2023-WCGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 2024 PROPOSED BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY . Director Sweetland seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Moon, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Sutherland, Director Holt, Director Alston, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 0.
