MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Willow Creek General Improvement District 6:00 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2023 A Willow Creek General Improvement District was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Director Sheehan seconded the motion. 4 Consideration of Resolutions a Public Hearing Minutes – Willow Creek General Improvement District 6/20/2023 6:00:00 PM Page 2 i RESOLUTION NO. 2023-WCGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION; 6:03 PM Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst, presented. Dave Jackson, Alternate Community Representative, thanked the Board of Directors. Director Holt moved to RESOLUTION NO. 2023-WCGID-R-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET AND APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION (Flemming). Director Sutherland seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Alston, Director Carnes, Director Holt, Director Moon, Director Sheehan, Director Sutherland, Director Sweetland voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 1.
