MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Willow Creek General Improvement District 6:00 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2024 A Willow Creek General Improvement District was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:34 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Tharp Director Carnes Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Holt Director Sheehan Those absent were: Director Sutherland, excused Director Alston, excused Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst Christina Lovelace, Secretary Allie Powell, Deputy City Clerk 3 Approval of Minutes a January 9, 2024 WCGID Minutes Director Holt moved to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2024 WCGID Meeting. Director Maurer seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Carnes, Director Tharp, Director Sweetland, Director Maurer, Director Holt, and Director Sheehan voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Absent: 2. THE MOTION Passed. 4 Consideration of Resolutions Minutes – Willow Creek General Improvement District 2/20/2024 6:00:00 PM Page 2 a RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WCGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Patrick Fleming, Senior Management Analyst presented. Director Holt moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. 2024-WCGID-R-02, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE OF THE WILLOW CREEK 1 & 2 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT. Director Sheehan seconded the motion.
