MINUTES OF THE CENTENNIAL CITY COUNCIL Willow Creek General Improvement District 6:00 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024 A Willow Creek General Improvement District was held on this date in the Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. A full and timely notice of this meeting had been posted and a quorum was present. AGENDA 1 Call to Order Chairperson Piko called the meeting to order at 6:51 PM. 2 Roll Call Those present were: Chairperson Piko Director Tharp Director Carnes Director Sweetland Director Maurer Director Sutherland Director Holt Director Alston Director Sheehan Those absent were: None Also present were: Matthew Sturgeon, Executive Director Elisha Thomas, Deputy City Manager Chris Price, Deputy City Attorney Jonah Schneider, Strategic Initiatives Manager Allie Powell, Deputy City Clerk 3 Approval of Minutes a March 19, 2024 WCGID Minutes Director Maurer moved to approve the minutes of the March 19, 2024 WCGID Meeting. Director Holt seconded the motion. With Chairperson Piko, Director Alston, Director Carnes, Director Holt, Director Maurer, Director Sheehan, Director Sutherland, Director Sweetland, Director Tharp voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0. Resolution No. 2024-WCGID-R-04: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Willow Creek 1 & 2 General Improvement District Amending the 2024 Budget and Approving a Supplemental Budget Appropriation; 6:55 PM Jonah Schneider, Strategic Initiatives Manager, presented. Chairman Piko opened the public hearing and there being no one present wishing to speak the public hearing was closed. Director Maurer moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-WCGID-R-04, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Willow Creek 1 & 2 General Improvement District Amending the 2024 Budget and Approving a Supplemental Budget Appropriation. Director Sheehan seconded the motion. With Chairman Piko, Director Alston, Director Carnes, Director Holt, Director Maurer, Director Sheehan, Director Sutherland, Director Sweetland, Director Tharp voting AYE, and (None) voting NAY; Abstain: 0; Absent: 0.
