1. Executive Summary:
This memorandum serves as an introduction for the July 14, 2026 Council Work Session. There
are three major topics of conversation for the meeting:
1. Streetlight Program Update
2. Neighborhood Traffic Safety
3. City Arterial Corridors
Staff will provide an update to Council in each of these areas. No final action will be taken during
the Work Session, but Council will see several of these items again during the 2027-28 budget
development cycle and subsequent policy conversations.
