MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CENTER LINE BEAUTIFICATION COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON Wednesday, September 2, 2020 Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Kathy Buckner, with the following members present: Ms. Jan Ornsten Mr. Richard Poniatowski Ms. Sheryl Gorbe Ms. Kim Orloski Mrs. Kathy Hanselman Ms. Val Maczko Mrs. Kathy Buckner Ms. Jackie Lancaster Ms. Diane Paul Absent: Mona Welsh, John Kucharski, Marilyn Tremberth, Moment of Prayer: Ms. Kathy Hanselman Approval of Agenda for 10/7/20 Approval of Agenda as amended by Richard Poniatowski, seconded by Kim Orloski Ayes: All Nays: None MOTION CARRIED Approval of Minutes for 8/5/20 Presented by Jackie Lancaster, seconded by Kim Orloski Ayes: All Nays: None MOTION CARRIED Audience Comments: NONE Treasurer’s Report: $4,463.93 in our account. Received $150 from Rudy Funeral Home as well as several $5.00 on water bills and a $20.00 donation. Motion Carried all Ayes Community Garden Report: A member past away this past month. Gardens are winding down. Clean up will begin soon. The pumpkin patch is doing well. Chairperson Report: NONE Old Business: Recognition Letter for Beautiful Homes approved. New Business: Posting notices of our meeting on Facebook. Hope to get new members. Spring bulbs will be bought for planting at the library. Commission Comments: Remember the Beer Fest at Memorial Park, Sept 12. Will have music and food as well. Sept. 20th there will be a car show at 10 Mile & Van Dyke.
