CENTER LINE OTHER POST EMPLOYEES BENEFIT TRUST (OPEB) REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 24, 2016 Page 1 of 1 The regular meeting of the Center Line Other Post Employees Benefit Trust was called to order at 3:45 p.m. by City Treasurer/Finance Director Mark Knapp. Members Present: Deputy Treasurer Gregory Suma Also Present: Tim Brice of The Brice Group Tim Brice reported on the money manager performances. The overall Net Trust performance was down - .1% for Calendar year ending December 31, 2015. The Center Line Custom Index Benchmark was down - .6% for the same period. Through January 31, 2016 the Trust was down – 2.1% and the Center Line Custom Index was down – 3.9%. The Market Value of the Trust as of February 19, 2016 was $ 3,682,460.00. Tim Brice recommended terminating Wedgewood, the large cap growth equity manager which was recently been terminated by the Police and Fire Retirement Commission. After discussion, it was determined to investigate the composition of the Board and whom has the authorization to make money manager selections and investment decisions. Adjourned 5:15 p.m.
