A. A Resolution Authorizing And Directing The City Manager To Grant A Pipeline Easement To
Vectren Energy Delivery Of Ohio, LLC For Any And All Purposes Related To A Gas Pipeline Located
At Bethany Lutheran Village, be passed.
B. A Resolution Authorizing Payment Of Invoices With Then And Now Certificates For The Second
Quarter Of Calendar Year 2026, be passed.
C. Resolution Authorizing And Directing The City Manager To Take All Steps And Execute All
Documents Necessary In Order To Affect The Purchase Of Real Property Easements From
Katherine Lamb And Marc Lamb, For Property Located At 2215 East Centerville Station Road In
Montgomery County And Known As Parcel 46, be passed.

City Manager To Enter Into A Contract In Connection Therewith, be passed.
H. A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Prepare And Submit An Application To Participate
To The Ohio Public Works Commission’s (OPWC) State Capital Improvement Program And Local
Transportation Improvement Program For The MOT-Centerville Station Road Improvements

I. A Resolution Authorizing The Execution Of An Addendum To City Manager Agreement, be passed.
J. Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Execute A Construction Manager At Risk Agreement
For The Construction Of Cornerstone South Phase I Interior Public Improvements With
Cornerstone Developers, LTD. And Oberer Construction Managers, LTD, be passed.
K. A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager, On Behalf Of The City Of Centerville, To Approve The
Economic Development Transfer (TREX) Of A Liquor Permit To 5272 Cornerstone North Blvd, be
passed.
