CITY OF CHANDLER BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT September 15, 2015 The City of Chandler Board of Adjustment met Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Chandler City Hall. Meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m. by Libby Fulgham, Mayor. Members Present: Libby Fulgham, Chairperson Gene Giger Marshall Crawford, Jr. Kari Bersano Janeice Lunsford Absent: Don Daniell Those speaking before the Board were John Taylor, city administrator; Robert Welch, resident; and Carla Moss, Code Enforcement Officer. The applicant James Stoval was absent. REGULAR SESSION: Item 1. Marshall Crawford, Jr. made a motion to table the variance request for a Front Yard setback of less than the required 25 feet for lot 7 and lot 6 of Block 1 Griffin Estates Phase One as submitted by Hometown Classic Builders LLC until Thursday, October 15, 2015 to provide an opportunity for the applicant to attend the meeting and provide additional information. Kari Bersano seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
