The Chandler Area Economic Development Corporation met for a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 7,
2014 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman Galen Morrison called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.

Item 1. 1. Ann Hall Economic Development Board Member opened the Public Hearing concerning
the proposed funds for completion of Winchester Park Pavilion. Total allocation $55,103.00.
2. Annual 2014/2015 Operating Budget. Total allocation will be $95,750.00
No comments for or against in either item.

I, the undersigned authority, do, hereby, certify that this Notice of Meeting was
posted on the bulletin board, at the City Hall of the City of Chandler, Texas, a
place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and
said notice was posted on the following date and time:
July 24, 2014 at 3:30pm and remained so posted at least 2 hours before said
meeting was convened.
