Comments will be limited to the first five to sign up; each will be allowed 3 minutes. No formal action or discussion will be taken at this time. F. REGULAR SESSION: 1. Consider and act on producing a video for Chandler Economic Development Corporation in the amount of $2,954.28. This presentation will be done by Logan Harris of Eastex Productions. 2. Jim Moffeit, EDC Director to update board on expenditures including the Grand Pavilion and other projects at Winchester Park. 3. Jim Moffeit, EDC Director to present the annual report from the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas. This Chart contains sales tax revenue allocated each month by the State Comptroller. G. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Economic Development Board will now go into closed session pursuant to the provision of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code. 1. Discussion: Deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, and/or duties regarding personnel in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074. H. RECONVENE into Regular Session and Consider Action, if Any, on Items Discussed in Executive Session. 1. Consider and act on annual evaluation of Economic Development Director. I.
