BOX 425 CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Bob Peyton, Chairman Rick Ford Tommy Speake Felix Exelbierd Absent: Thomas Gros Item 1. Rick Ford made a motion to approve Variance request from Michael Spinhirne (Park and Sale, 522 Hwy 31 West) for addition to Special Use Permit allowing the sale of Carports. This variance would be for a total of two temporary display carports. Tommy Speake seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
