Planning & Zoning Commission 811 Hwy. 31 East CHANDLER, TEXAS 75758 The City of Chandler Planning & Zoning Commission met for a regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Chandler City Hall. Chairman, Bob Peyton opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. The invocation was given by Rick Ford. Members Present: Bob Peyton Felix Exelbierd Rick Ford Matthew Berry Absent: Tommy Speake Item 1. Public Hearing to Amend Chapter 3 BUILDING REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 3.09 SIGNS to discuss revisions to the city’s sign regulations was opened up and closed with no one present. Item 2. Matthew Berry abstained and removed himself from the Commission dais. Rick Ford made a motion to recommend changes as presented in Ordinance O-050515 amending Chapter 3 BUILDING REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 3.09 SIGNS. Felix Exelbierd seconded the motion.
