Consider and act on a Final Plat of Pecan Corner lots 1 – 3 located at the northwest corner of Hwy 31 and Fourth Street.  Z Motion was made to approve the final plat for Pecan Corner Addition a 3-lot plat of a 1.65-acre parcel for the purpose of building an office building, creating a commercial lot for future development and building a townhouse development. Z Z Z Z Motion was made to approve a site plan, landscape plan, and elevations with the variance to allow a 20’ drive rather than the 24’ required and not to have landscaping on the residential side of the screening fence facing the north.
