The APPENDIX A – FEE SCHEDULE was approved as written with the exception of changing the perimeter street requirement to apply to collector and arterial streets as designated in the Chandler Thoroughfare Plan. If the developer chooses not to construct the road, monies will be deposited in an escrow account for a maximum period of 10 yrs. If the street is not completed in a 10 yr period, monies shall be returned to the developer.
